"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive. "

"Christenson plumbing did all the plumbing involved in our significant remodel that included the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the laundry. They also plumbed our new gas range/propane tank set up and fixed an outside faucet that had been leaking and frozen for years. "All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"These people are The Best! I was having my house appraised, and needed to get the driveway, front porch and patio pressure washed. I was a nervous wreck, and kept changing the date when they could come out, but Joe was totally accommodating and got the work done on schedule. He and Heather did an incredibly thorough job, went the extra mile to make sure every surface was clean. This was the second time that I hired them, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"We replaced our old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. Shawn came out and helped us figure what to get and gave us 4 options and estimates for each. We chose the third estimate. We set up the appointment, and set the date. Two men came to our home and did the job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new ones. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and it turned out wonderful. The men were great to work with and did a terrific job. They were very polite and fun and answered all our questions. We have used Blairco for about 30+ years, and they come twice every year and do maintenance on our furnace and AC."
