Here and gone found the problem made a temporary fix while waiting on the part and bringing part next week when I am available.

George returned my AM phone call promptly and luckily someone else cancelled their appointment for the day, so he was able to get me on his schedule for early afternoon. He arrived within the estimated arrival time frame and he quickly identified the problem - bad relay to the compressor (not the compressor - yeah). Replaced the relay and done - in and out quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Very courteous.

George identified the problem right away. He took the time to fully explain the issue regarding the faulty shocks that was causing the off balance during the spin cycle. George ordered the parts and installed them the same day he received them. He charged will below the cost of labor that other venders charge. George was truly professional and honest. We would not hesitate to call him for any future services. Highly recommend anyone needing repairs for home appliances.

Jay diagnosed the problems with my ice maker and gave me an estimate for parts. Unfortunately, my ice maker is expensive to fix. I may just save up and buy a new refrigerator. I knew this was probably going to be the diagnosis. The Frigidaire/Electrolux ice makers from 5 years ago were poorly designed and my extended warranty expired in July. If I do decide to fix my refrigerator, I will contact Jay to do the work.

While reconnecting my dishwasher after a flooring install, George found the dishwasher had been leaking. He had to order the part and then come back to fix and finish the reconnect. He was extremely polite and professional.

George installed our dishwasher late on Saturday. He was prompt, efficient, pleasant and professional. I would certainly recommend him and will have him back to do any repairs that we need to have done. This is a business that receives my highest ratings and praise.

George quickly identified the problem. He had the parts. Ended up replacing the pump. He showed up on time. Was very friendly and professional. He fit us in his busy week. Even came on a Saturday. He did a great job.

Came on a Saturday and went right to work. the washing machine did not complete cycles. he was here about maybe 15/20 minute. water line was plugged (plumber lined-up from here). ran loads after he left and machine ran like new again. HE WAS AWSOME. price was way better than expected.

Our freezer stopped freezing. I called Banceu's and George responded later that day. He was on time for the appointment and fixed the problem as well as cleaned up when he was finished. He was informative and professional!

Great. Based on a few questions over the phone, George Banceu knew exactly what was needed. He arrived on time with the right part and completed the repair in less than an hour.

My refrigerator was leaking. He discovered that it was a plugged drain. He repaired it quickly for a good price.

Replaced a drain pump on my 7 year old machine. Had the part on his truck and was finished in about an hour.

He knew just what is was and had the part in his van. He fixed it and was gone in half an hour. It has not made the noise since.
