he was close so I could get home - instead of losing a day of work.
He told me what he would do before he started, let me know that there was a $50 charge for the visit - in case it was the
washer just had a fork in the bottom - which is fair. I don't expect a repairman to come to my house for free.
He told me the price based on what he suspected it was, but warned me that if the motor needed to be replaced, it
would be much more expensive and it may be worth just replacing the washer.
The repair was done in half an hour - there was no charge for the visit - just for the repairs done. Robert also told
us that if we wanted to buy new appliances - like a stove or refrigerator - that we could call him for advice on which
brands were better made - based on how often he has to repair the brand.
