Water was coming in from above a large window, and I didn't know whether it was a roof or window problem. When I called for assistance this past Spring, Victor quickly responded, arranged his scheudle to be avaiaialbe, and quickly took care of the issue "on the spot," whihc turned out to be a problem with the gutters. I was very pleased with his courtesy, repsonsiveness, and the work completed, as after the last heavy rain days, no water is evident. "

"I hired Joel and his company to install an overhead hood in our kitchen. He ended up drilling an extra hole in the flange of the hood to attach it to the ceiling because he did not have enough wood to attach to the ceiling as a mounting point for the hood. The orientation of the hood was slightly tilted as a result. Furthermore, his people cut through 80% of one of the joists in the ceiling to route the ducting to go outside and did not reinforce the joist afterwards. When I pointed out these issues, he asked me for an additional $310 to the $1210 I already paid for the service to rectify these problems his team caused. I refused and decided to have another contractor do the job correctly. Absolutely do not recommend."
