From the initial contact, Nathalie and Misha took care of all my concerns and were quick to respond to my many emails with various questions about process, pricing, and procedure. They got me on the schedule quickly and without issue. Meanwhile, the folks they sent out to do the screens, Dillon and Nic, are consummate professionals. They came and took measurements, they asked if I would prefer they mask up (this has not been a common thing with contractors we've had out for other reasons, so this was an especially thoughtful and meaningful touch), and they were in and out in less than three hours. They were particularly mindful of our cats, escape artists that they usually are. I had initially declined to have the screen door locks installed because apparently I had underestimated my cats, but when we discovered the cats figured out how to open the screen doors, a quick email to Screenman and they were quick to come back out and put them in. We had no screens when we started and now we don't have to use our air conditioner on account of the crossbreeze. The money we're saving on electrical shows an immediate benefit to our quality of life, and the cats now have windows they can lay in without us having to worry whether they'll escape to god-only-knows. I cannot begin to emphasize enough how worth it the whole process was, start to finish. As someone who works in customer service I can appreciate an "above and beyond" experience and it is absolutely impossible to emphasize how above and beyond this whole thing was. Five stars isn't even close to enough. If I could go ten or even fifteen I would! Thank you so much!

Outstanding job! Screenman's service was incredible. Nathalie who scheduled my job made sure that I had the best coupon for the work. Ricky and Joey who installed the screens were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right screens and options for the retractable screen doors. I can't give them a higher recommendation! Excellent job.

Ran about 20 minutes later than original schedule, but got a call letting us know of the brief delay. Went right to work, and fixed it quickly. Showed a couple tips to help keep screen running smoothly.

The installation went well. I even posted a positive review on another site. A month and a half later, they started to bind up. We have just lived with the fact that they do not work very well. I finally got so frustrated I called to have them stand behind their very expensive product. They said, that will be $80 for a service call plus $300 to re-screen them. Mind you, we paid $1,600 per set of french doors initially. It seems they have no interest in installing a quality product. They tell you that you have a lifetime warranty, but it cost $380 to repair a set of doors.

Great service and terrific product! I had a damaged patio slider screen and four odd-sized crank-out windows whose screens were missing since I purchased the town home. From my initial contact with Screenman's telephone agent Nathalie through the work done by Jose and Rich, this was a great experience! Nathalie asked great questions and had me send photos of the small windows. She guided me as to my frame color choices (what we selected blends beautifully) and offered an upgrade to "view mesh" screen for my patio slider since it looks out onto my garden. Nothing high-pressure and I'm glad I upgraded. Jose and Rich called to say they were arriving a bit early and patiently waited until I could get home from work. After confirming the measurements (and helping me move a couple plants from the bathroom tub deck where two of the windows were) they produced and installed the screens amazingly fast with minimal disruption. They were here just under an hour! The screens look really good; Jose and Rich recommended a clip frame style which was different from what I had ordered on the phone - it looks better and was even more economical; that is true customer-centered service. It looks like Rich even cleaned the track for my patio slider screen. I highly recommend Screenman. The price was worth it for the convenience (custom screens made AT YOUR HOUSE!) and the quality and appearance of the product.

I hsd all the window screens in my home replaced and had an excellent experience with Screenman. From the gal that scheduled my appointment to the guys that came out and completed the work they were all friendly and professional. It was very convenient to have them come to my home and measure and make the sceens on-site and they did it all for an excellent price. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Patrick did an excellent job with a difficult installation (5 stars). Scheduling was not the easiest and this part I had no actual communication just emails. My emails were lost a few times which delayed installation.

This was probably my best home service experience in my 30 years of home ownership. Jose was the point man for the day and was extremely friendly, courteous and explained all options and the reasons for each decision clearly. He and Rich took detailed measurements throughout the house and built eleven perfect screens of varying sizes for my unscreened (is that a word) casement windows. We did have one window that I had forgotten about when requesting the appointment. No problem, they built another without any fuss. After seeing how good screens can be, I'm going to be calling them again soon to replace the old, existing screens in other windows. The ScreenMan screens fit much better and are nearly invisible.

The whole project was terrific! Misha in customer service/scheduling is a true asset to this company. She stayed in constant communication with me to ensure I was knowledgeable about pricing and product prior to installation. I have old aluminum window frames and was anxious about how the new screen frames would match. She suggested we exchange photos of my frames to their product to determine the appropriate color. I chose the gray, which turned out perfect!! Rich, the Technician, was dedicated, prompt and professional. He constructed the screens in his mobile trailer and installed them in no time! Great company, will use them again!

They came even a little earlier than scheduled, finished up quickly, the new screen is nice and sturdy and good looking. It is a set of two retractable screens that meet in the middle for a French door, so the cost is for two screen doors.

It was a very smooth process. Very impressed with the professionalism of the crew and also with the quality of work performed./

Couldn't have been better. I don't remember the cost because it was approx. autumn of 2016 but we were more than pleased with cost.

Representative showed up on time, gave estimate and proceeded with work when I ok'd the price. Number of doors required a 2nd visit to complete. Very professional installation work and we're extremely satisfied with the product - Phantom Legacy. Almost a year later, we have no problems with the screens and enjoy being able to open the house to fresh, spring air without providing access to bugs!

It went very well. They were on time and very professional. They did a really good job on the screens and am happy with the mesh types used. I got the pet mesh for the screen door because the dogs destroyed the old one. It is very solid and works great. Also got the view mesh for window screens and it is hard to even tell the screens are installed. They also said if I have any problems with a screen in future they will come out and fix replace for free.

I called at the last minute and their office staff rearranged things to get me an appointment before my house went on the market. Jose and Rich did the work in less than an hour. They were lovely and did beautiful work! They also saved me money by advising me to keep our original frames.

Both Art and Rich (as was Natalie at the office) from Screenman Inc. were very friendly, professional, knowledgable and honest. They told me the sliding patio door I had was fine and they worked with the door over and above to make sure it no longer jammed. They then rescreened my existing door frame. Very Pleased! Would definitely use again.
