Gutter Sentry

The installation process went smoothly but the screen never worked correctly. The gutters have gotten clogged, so I have tried to remove the screens to clean the gutters out. The screens are clogged and I can not get them clean. They say the debris on the screen will dry up and blow away but that just does not happen. I want them to remove their screens from the gutters but I can not get them to come out and remove them. I have called them repeatedly but they never respond. I would like a refund for the screens as they do not work. I would recommend never using this company.

I had difficulty with the gutters that they had put on two and a half years ago. They came back and took them all off and put the new models on, and they seem to be working okay. I spent $2,500 two and a half years ago, and they came out last week and replaced them for nothing. I appreciated the work they did. They are very hard to get a hold of, and one of the reasons it took so long was that they have developed a new model with a better drain capability. I live where it really rains a lot, and I have a ton of trees, so I get a lot of junk in my gutters; that is why I basically spent the money. I was getting water in my basement. Hopefully this will take care of it, and if it does, I will have them do the back parts that they have not done yet. Once they get us on their schedule, they are okay. The only problem I had was that they could not get the new model fast enough to be able to replace the ones that they needed to. I finally caught him at the home show and sat on him, and then he came. The price was competitive. I have not had the new ones long enough to judge their quality, but they seem okay; I will have to wait and see. I had to push them pretty hard to get them to take care of it, and that was because they had a lot of backlog on their material. They came when they said they would. If the new product works as well as I hope it does, then I will have them do more.

I thought they did a great job, but whenever it rains heavy, the cover does not do its job. I called them to come out and fix it and they said they would, but they are not very responsive. I saw them at a Home Show and the boss said they would come and fit it. If they correct the problem, I will use them in the future.
