Great customer service, really knowledgeable and professional. The pre-bid inspection was thorough, as was the estimate. The estimate had different options to choose from. Charlie's electricians were early every day (and finished the job early!), respectful, and efficient. The inspector quickly approved their work and had many good things to say about the company.

I had such a great experience with the team that rewired my house! They installed new outlets and lights, plus this amazing 12 AWG wire that really helps prevent breakers from tripping. I couldn't recommend them more for anyone needing electrical work!

Highly recommend this company. They re-deviced every single outlet, light switch, and light fixture inside and outside, replaced the fuse boxes, removed some ugly 1980s features like central vacuum outlets and the remnants of a defunct security system, and installed some additional flush lighting. Everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the results. Nick and Dante were professional and knowledgeable, and Nick was wonderful with customer communication.

Charlie and his crew of 2 other gentlemen, replaced an old Federal Pacific electrical panel in my garage and also installed 2 hardwired Level 2 Electric Car Chargers. Additional work included the installation of a couple outlets and two security cameras. I am very pleased with the work.

Charlie and his team explained everything and did exactly what they said they would do. They had a couple obstacles with insects and they took care of it and kept right on with the job. They left the areas inside and out clean and we passed inspection with flying colors. I feel safe knowing they are so professional and did quality work. I can not wait to have them back to upgrade all my outlets.

He and his crew were very conscious of the impact this project had on the tenants and went out of their way to minimize the disruption to their lives. Charlie's end product is a work of art. Company sent out a qualified electrician who gave us an on the spot price which we accepted. The work was done quickly and effectively. The reason for only 3-stars on Customer Service is that he installed one of the five new outdoor lanterns crookedly, which we only noticed a few days later. Since these were taken right out of the new box and installed right away, we assumed the crookedness was a manufacturing defect rather than any damage caused by the electrician. We believe he should have advised us of this before he installed it. We could have rectified the issue with the seller if we would known at the time. Too late discovered, it now hangs crooked on the wall for all to see. Oh, well.

Charlie came out an evaluated my electrical box and did not charge me. Charlie told me that there was nothing wrong with my electrical box it was grandfathered in. This home inspector lost me a sale on my condo for his lack of electrical knowledge.

People make the difference! Luis and Katherine came in and took care of my issues. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They did a great job, they worked quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them work on my house. Very good people. Charlie's Electric had the team out sooner than I expected, I was expecting them at the end of the week. I received a text from Charlie's the same night I contacted them with a time slot for the next day. Super fast service, done with a smile, explained everything that they were going to do to diagnose the problem, options to fix it and fixed the problem in short order. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend Charlie's Electric and Luis and Katherine in particular.
