I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. G&S Heating ended up billing me $280, and said that was an old outdated deal and would not honor it. Irresponsible and incredibly poor customer relations. Also, the technician they sent did not seem very knowledgeable or experienced. He said the thermostat reading issue I was having would require another service call and the possible replacement of an expensive circuit board. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I will not be using G&S Heating again."
