Two big issues... last Summer they burned my lawn with fertilizer. Granted, they tried to fix it but the lawn didn't recover until this Spring. This year, they showed up but didn't apply moss control or lime to my full lawn. They only partially applied it in a couple of small strips. A few weeks after 'applying' moss control, they left me a note saying I need moss control.

They come every 6-8 weeks except during the winter, Their service is excellent, and if the customer has complaints or issues, they stand by their product and they will come back for free.

It is kind of a question mark as to whether I will use them again in the future. It is cheaper to do it myself.

Called and asked what time they would be here. They said I'd get a call from the driver in the morning. Never got the call. I waited around all day (I wanted to be here) and he finally showed up about 4:30. The aeration plugs are not as deep as I think they need to be. I further believe there aren't enough of them. Seeding consisted of just using a machine to throw some seed on the lawn. Must have taken less than 5 minutes.

Bait and switch sales tactic to sign me up as a customer, now my lawn is dead and they want to charge more money to properly maintain my grass. 1st application in March, I didn't notice any issues due to the spring health of the grass, gradually my lawn kept turning brown. Looking through my paperwork I noticed they were only applying 10 lbs of fertilizer per application, I called and was informed I was only paying for the front lawn at 3,000 sq ft and they'd be happy to "re-measure" to provide a quote. If this were the case than at least my front lawn would be healthy, they were applying 3000 sq ft of fertilizer to the full 18K sq ft. Also, I was also told during sign up they would provide moss control and pre/post emergents for unwanted seasons grasses, this was not applied. Don't trust the sales reps and do not expect the team working on your yard to have your best interest in mind. They would not issue a refund for poor service and I was past the 14 day "warranty" mark for a followup application on my "front lawn". This is my 2nd attempt with TruGreen, never again. Scam of a company, do your research and apply your own fertilizer.

They are an excellent service. They are responsive. They notify you the last business day before they are coming out for a service. If you want to postpone you can call and do that. They often knock on the door or ring the doorbell when they are here so if you have any questions you can ask. They do a good job. They lawn was green when other neighbors weren't, except those that had other lawn services or them as well. We could do it ourselves for cheaper but that would be a lot of work.

They kept our lawn looking really good. As far as that, I'm having a little bit of trouble with the scheduling. We have somebody who mows our lawn and I don't want to have them put down their product and then the next day, mow the lawn and suck up all the product. In the past, we have done pretty well with them coming earlier in the week and this worked out good. This year I am having a little more trouble with that. We had another company that was purchased by TruGreen and I was very happy with them, I think maybe it was the same person that does it. We had a problem a couple of years ago and the guy came out and he worked and got it all rectified and everything. So basically, we've been pretty happy with them, except for the scheduling relationship.I don't think they have been here to do that one yet. It was at my request because it was the day before we were getting it mowed, so I need to call them on that. But, they've been very responsive when we call and stuff. The time we did have an issue, they resolved it so wonderfully. It was something they they put down and application and it froze that night or something and it damaged the lawn, but they came out and they repaired it all and got it all looking good. Now, we have the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. I don't really have anything to compare price. I really don't know what other places charge. Our lawn is weed-free. They took care of it. We moved into a house where the lawn had not been... it was an older couple and the only thing that made it look green were the weeds in it. They've managed over three or four years, there isn't a weed in it now. They get a "B" on responsiveness only because of the issue we're dealing with right now. They come when they say they're coming.

I'm an annual plan, so I am not sure of the individual cost. They have done a great job for me. I have very satisfied with everything they do. They always come when they say they are going to.

It went okay. I have had them for a number of years. They are still on my list. They come when it is appropriate. The cost of the service depends on what they do. I don't track what they do that closely because they have worked for me for so many years. The cost is very reasonable. I think their price is very considerate; I don't think it is overpriced at all. I am on a list and they know when it is time to come out. They are absolutely responsive. They know when to do it, they come out and do it and they call me the day before they say they are coming. I don't have to be here when they come. I use them all the time.

Everything was good. I prepay and it's a year so I have no idea (of the price). They always talk to me so that is good, other than just do it and not say anything. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They do it about every six weeks. It is pretty straightforward service. They come and they treat it and then they leave it so I don't think they can do pretty much more than what I ask.

I think their price is about par. I did not have any problems with the actual service the people came out and provided for my lawn. The workers that came out were great. It is the company itself and the way they respond to concerns and billings. I would never use them again. They could get rid of everybody in their administrative office. They did not know how to handle or respond to my issues and billing. They were outrageous.

l poured water on the lawn the whole summer so certainly my part was done right. However, all-in-all the dead spots that they promised would be gone is not gone. I have now cancelled and i am not happy with them at all. When I cancelled they offered several discounts if I'd stay with them so on top of me not getting what they promised it was also made clear to me that I had paid to much - I cannot recommend this company! The areas of the lawn that was already good looking anded up looking a bit better.

Online documentation of service does not completely match what work has been done. Very expensive for what they actually provide. Annual cost was quoted at $550. In less than two months they have billed me $300 at this rate it will cost me over double what was quoted for a year. Quotations and actuality do not match. When I tried to cancel future work was told they would cancel next scheduled visit. Surprise the visit not cancelled and I was billed.
Do not trust their system or followup. All calls go into a central location and not to the local provider. Gaps in communication from national call center and local provider. Better off using someone local. It will be cheaper and more responsive.
