I hired a housekeeper through western wa home service. I was not happy with what I received and it was very expensive!! After the cleaning I tried to call Jacob to discuss my issues and went directly into voicemail after 1 ring. I called several times throughout the day with the same response. After 3 days calling with messages left to please return my call. He NEVER called me back. After no return call from Jacob I called the housekeeper Carlena directly asking her not to return.
