Prior to our annual trip to TX, during my prior to departure inspection I observer a suspension hanger had tore away from the main I-beam. I went through 3 local RV Dealers who all turned down the repairs. JetJen was the only one who not only accepted the work, he took it as a challenge. For a whole week after his 10-12hr "day job", they worked tirelessly for hours each night until the repair was better than off the assembly line. We are now in TX without any problems. "They refused to provide all services quoted to me. They were late to start the project in the first place several times. The amount of time it took them to complete was way over the estimation, and my neighbors said the workers spent most of their day smoking cigarettes and socializing. They had me paint everything myself, and then sanded the wood but didn't repaint it, so I had to do it twice. The work was sloppy and unfinished. After I hired them I found out a friend of mine from work hired them recently and they warned me to stay away. I didn't listen and I should have."

"Scammers and liars , I called SGA to check out my gate because it stopped working , after couple of days someone came out with no tools or parts had only a Multimeter, there was no power going to the control board and he told me i need a new control board , i don’t know how could he do that without power !!! he literally spent three minutes and then took a picture of the control board and said he or another technician wil come out with a new control board but never heard back from them , a few days later i took the battery to an auto part store and asked them to test it , they said the battery was seven years old and it’s dead, so i purchased a new battery , after installing it back the control board started working just fine. i called SGA and asked them what happened and i told them that the board is fine and their technician did not diagnose anything so they stared making up stories and gave me a whole bunch of lies DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL , THEY WILL SCAM YOU by the way i got a call from someone at GSA today and told me they will install a new control board for $900 !! and a new system would cost $9000 the control board cost about $250-$300 and i’m sure they can get much cheaper and literally takes five minutes to replace . i don’t know why they want to charge almost $700 for five minutes of work?. and a whole brand new complete system by LiftGate cost only $2600 here is the link, [*** Link removed ***] time to install a complete system is about 2-3 hours but they want to charge $7000 just for labor!!! these people are scammers ."
