They were quite good and very punctual. I thought they gave a very fair price.

Originally had a qoute/estimate from Troy after he came out to the house. Very nice guy. Was prompt in a few days of calling him. He qouted us on removing the concrete above and below the windows. We had several months between the qoute and scheduling. During that time, we decided on even wider windows. I called Tony about it. No problem. I ordered the windows (Andersen Windows, 400 series) from Home Depot. (After having bad customer service at Dunn Lumber - which I don't always get there - and from a couple of stores that weren't open weekends - I decided I might as well get the same product from Home Depot if customer service is no issue.) Then I spent a good day or so measuring the windows and where to cut on the foundation walls, marking my lines, re-measuring, correcting, repeat. I must have measure 5 times each, and glad I did. Ultimately, I was right on (or right enough on). (I probably should have made them even another quarter or half inch larger). They sent out a guy (can't remember his name, but very cool and nice). I was interested in getting the new windows in that very same day. So while the cutter cut the windows, a friend and I removed the concrete and piled it by the house. (We didn't mind helping. It was a work out. And we had the day off.) By being there, we were able to move the cut out cement (for some windows it fell out, but we had additional complexities of not wanting to destroy the siding) and cut the frame for the new windows. That is, he'd cut one window, while we talking the debris so he could move onto the next window. It was a huge saw that he used (22 inch) and he had to bolt mount it on to the wall to cut it. Impressive to watch. There was some spray water, but he had a wet vac set up beneath it so there was less messiness than one would think. And there was a lot of dust, but that's to be expected. It all got done in about 8 hours on a Friday, and then after the weekend, another guy came and carried off all the cement chunks. He was also very friendly, and even carried off a few pieces from a broken up sidewalk that I had been trying to get rid of.

Overall a great experience. Some problems in the beginning. The bobcat would not start, Jim (our concrete expert for the day) called and had one of the mechanics come out to fix the problem. Completed in about 45 min. Then come to find out the bobcat will not fit underneath our carport. It fit one way but not the other and left a little dent in the crossbeam. Jim felt terrible but went back to the main office right away and got a smaller bobcat which worked much better. The new bobcat had a piece fail on it which set back the work about 45 min more while a mechanic came to fix it. After that, it all went really well. Tight working conditions and the heat made for a difficult day for Jim and Ron, but they were fast and careful the whole way. Job site was cleaned and all of the concrete taken away. Job was complete in 7 hrs but would have been less without the mishaps. Great company and very professional. Will be hiring them again for more removal.

They did a good job, and showed up when scheduled. The down side was a $400 minimum fee which made the 2 1/2 hour job a bit pricey.

We had two separate additions to our home and needed access holes cut through concrete. Nick from Cascade concrete Sawing and Drilling did a great job and was prompt.
