"Manuel and his partner did a great job for me! They demolished my old deck and built a beautiful new deck. They are respectful and courteous, theyâ re careful with their work, they left my property clean at the end of every work day, and they kept in close communication with me throughout the job. "John and Derek went ABOVE AND BEYOND with our bathroom renovation! Their attention to detail and quality work really shows! John did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. They got the job done before Christmas! Very rarely do people exceed my and my wife's expectations. Custom Valley Construction did exceed all our expectations. We are looking forward to hiring them to build a 3 car garage and attached casita in the new year. I highly recommend them for any construction project. Thank you!"

"While I did not hire this company ultimately, I remained very impressed that they came to the site fully prepared (they did a ton of research on my property) and were ready to go day one had we chosen to go with them. In the end, we only decided to go with another contractor due to their existing familiarity with the current neighborhood we were in however, Empirevue are a top notch professional company judging by our initial interaction and I will be reaching out to them again for our other projects"

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

You don’t have to commit to a complete home renovation to age in place comfortably—those can get pricey. Instead, focus on a few impactful changes. Consider adding a stair lift or installing ramps to eliminate barriers. Upgrading to non-slip flooring can prevent falls while adding brighter lighting can improve visibility throughout your home. These thoughtful updates can make your home much easier to navigate and enhance your comfort and safety without the stress and cost of a complete overhaul.

The process involves initial consultation, concept development, detailed planning, regulatory approvals, and integration of contractor work for project execution.

Ensures adherence to local building codes and customized designs to fit personal needs.

Costs depend on project complexity, software requirements, and the draftsperson’s experience.
