"We contracted with Green Concepts LLC for a panel replacement and upgrade. They also included a installation of a generator plug as a Winter special at no extra cost. Their work bid was very competitive, complete and honest. There was no attempt to sell something extra, nor were there any hidden / extra charges as was the case with some of the other bids. Monica did the scheduling and handled all the billing, permits and inspection scheduling. This was done in a professional, complete and timely manner. Monica was very easy to deal with via e-mail or phone. The work was scheduled within a reasonable and accommodating time. Work was completed as scheduled and passed inspection with a recommendation of “very well done”. Derek was very professional, through and complete.
