I received a bid on applying a 10 or an 18-year sustainable roof coating and selected the 18-year coating. This company was very punctual on their show times to my residence to complete the job. I couldn't be happier with the end result on my roof. Three years after the roof was completed there was a miner leak that manifested during the winter. I called Empire Roof Coatings to inform them on the issue and they were at my house within a couple of days to fix the leak. When the repair was completed the owner of the company told me that he was not happy with the performance of the coating that was applied to my roof and wanted to schedule a date and time to re-accomplish the job with a better product at no cost to me. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
