Not relievable or responsive and unable to contact.

Contractor took $1200 and an employee only worked for 20 minutes. That was on Dec 9th and numerous attempts have been made to have them return for the rest of the project as promised. Our check was cashed on Jan 2nd even tho he had agreed to not cash the check until his job was finished.

He told me there would be lots of work that needed to be done to fix the dormer window and asked for $2500 for the service. I found it reasonable, but it turned out there were just a few flashing lights that needed to be replaced, and the job was completed within an hour with two service people. It is an obvious overcharge. I asked him to adjust the price according to the amount of work. He told me that was his price. He is the boss, and he decides. He does not care for ratings or reviews. He demanded that I pay him right away. I realized that in Washington State, you have 30 days to pay contractors after service completion. So I am planning to go through the proper channels to dispute the issues.

He was knowledgeable, assessed the problem and came up with a solution. He explained everything. The work was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up. His estimated was true and he kept his word.

I had a great experience. Chris, the owner was very communicative. He was accommodating and flexible with the project. The team showed up and was timely. Worked efficiently. Cleaned up well. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Review by Kathleen C. in Burlington, WA Project: remove old sheet metal roofing material and install new asphalt shingles. My home was built in 1912. The previous owner hired someone (or put the roof in himself) over 20 years ago. He took many shortcuts when putting a sheet metal roof on my home and garage. That meant nothing was up to "code". Chris' team had to put underlayment in both buildings, add moisture barrier, and add 2 X 4 's in the rafters to be able to install my new Malarkey asphalt shingles. Chris and his team worked hard, did a wonderful job cleaning up the surrounding areas of roofing debris, and were just all around great people. My home will enjoy being dry for the next 30 years! Chris worked hard to provide his services on a budget I could afford. We had to revise my original contract to be able to add the extra materials but I was fully on board with the reasons for adding to the contract. 101 Construction LLC is a fine company and I fully recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

Chris and his team are very hard workers who came quickly after we confirmed that we wanted to hire him to repair some flashing on our roof and replace a skylight. He kept to his schedule as much as possible and kept us informed when there was a delay in manufacturing the skylight.

I found a drip coming out of my vent fan. Chris did a quick assessment formulated a plan. Then I decided that I needed completion sooner than later. The job was done quickly. Than You for the quick response and repair.

They came out the next day but they were an hour later. The roofer was a hard worker and completed within 4 hours.

They came out within less than 24 hours of my call and fixed the leak in my roof. I had been waiting on another roofer for more than 2 weeks. Then the rains started. Frankly, I was immensely relieved when they came right out, documented the problem, and fixed it the same day. They gave me a 15 year warranty on their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Buying a home in Mount Vernon, inspection found a leak with vent in roof, they came out fast and estimated. Work was performed to repair roof and replace the vent after purchase of home, completed in an afternoon, very professional .

A roof leak was found on my home inspection, and I needed it fixed ASAP. Both gentlemen were very nice and got it done the same day.

Overall service was great. Quick fast. Got everything taken care of. Did think it was a little pricey but then again don't know what prepares for Roof normally cost in the Pacific Northwest

The day I began looking for help with my roof the owner of 101 Construction, LLC came out to view the project and gave me an estimate of costs involved. I had leaks in three rooms and rain was predicted for several days after his inspection. Chris called some workers off other jobs to quickly get the repairs completed before the coming rain did more damage. Chris and all the team are all friendly and polite folks. Chris and the team are very hard working and very knowledgeable re: their trade. Within a couple of hours the needed supplies were at my home and they were working like crazy to beat the rain. They replaced some roof vents and moved one to a better place on the roof. Two to four guys were working at all times. Within 5-6 hours they were through and had cleaned up everything. The new roof shingles blended in very well with the old. I was amazed that they could do so much work in such a short time. This is an excellent company. They finished just after dark and on budget. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Their work is excellent and the roof looks great!
