I couldn't be happier with the end result on my roof. Three years after the roof was completed there was a miner leak that manifested during the winter. I called Empire Roof Coatings to inform them on the issue and they were at my house within a couple of days to fix the leak. When the repair was completed the owner of the company told me that he was not happy with the performance of the coating that was applied to my roof and wanted to schedule a date and time to re-accomplish the job with a better product at no cost to me.
