For good reasons, this is my 3rd time using RT Total Lawn Care.   I must admit, when I initially identified this job to sand and refinish my rear wood deck, I didn’t think of contacting Rafael.  Then I recalled how he and his team previously did an excellent job relocating my wood rear fence several years ago, and years later they redid some of my front yard’s lot-line.
