"I highly recommend this Landscaper. He was on time for our scheduled estimate and offered to complete the work and offered to complete the job immediately. His work was thoughtful, professional and impressive. Within a couple of hours he hauled out tons of yard waste that would have taken me days to clear out and even removed leaves from my garden beds. My yard looked amazing. 5 stars"

"Humberto and his crew carefully evaluated an enormous Spruce tree in my yard that I thought needed some care. He was thoughtful and determined the tree was rotten in the roots. The only option was to remove it. They were very careful and took the tree out without any damage to the nearby roof or landscaping. After they were done everything was carefully cleaned up and hauled off. I could not be more pleased with their friendly thoughtful service."

"Excellent. His crew does great work. Always on time. Reasonable prices. Good suggestions for improvements. I've been having Esteban Landscaping as my only crew for everything from simple lawn mowing to gutters to replacing gates to removing moss from roof to major landscaping projects for about 15 years and have always been satisfied."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

If lead is detected in a property, steps should include arranging for professional removal or containment, notifying all occupants, and implementing interim safety measures to reduce exposure.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

Household products such as paints, cleaners, oils, and batteries are considered hazardous and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, look for local household hazardous waste collection facilities where you can safely dispose of these items without harming the environment or human health.

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.
