"Mack and Sons? More like Crack and Sons. Prompt bid and scheduling were a plus. Communication leading up to job completion was exceptional. Afterwards I was treated like a one night stand and never talked to again when I brought up issues with the quality of work. If being ghosted for months on end, yelled at by the owner at 8pm on your door step while you're putting you're trying children to sleep, you like to buy once cry twice , and have a love for substandard work then this is the business for you. I also added that it's comical that they claim to support veterans but have treated multiple veterans in our community poorly. Alas, the comedy routine didn't last long and after 3 more requests to leave my property, I had to use my big boy voice to get the owner to leave. I would say it's safe to say that they won't be resolving any issues with their work."
