"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Christopher was amazing. Showed up on time, worked ALL day, went above and beyond in rebuilding my deck - doubling it in size and painting it also, at NO extra cost from his estimate. I would 100% recommend him for any job, and will have him back to do more for me. His estimate was half of two others. "Working with the Ybarra team, Daniel, Alfredo, Jacob and Jason was an outstanding experience. "Cristian and Oscar gave us a great price, and we hired them to repair and stain the exterior of our log home. These men always showed up on time and worked hard into the evenings.
