First came a power wash then repairing and replacing weathered siding and window trim where needed. He fixed my leaking rear door framing. Every thing was calked and sealed. He applied a primer coat of paint followed by the finish coat of paint, including all the trim in a different color. "I hired Elvir to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my home after water damage. He and his employee were professional and courteous to me and my home. The flooring installed was thinner than the previous flooring (carpeting) and the existing baseboard would either have a gap between it and the floor or it would not cover up to where the paint was a different color which would mean painting the entire home. He suggested getting a wider baseboard to solve the issue which was a less expensive and a quicker fix. I am very pleased with the end result.
