"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I hired Elvir to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my home after water damage. He and his employee were professional and courteous to me and my home. The flooring installed was thinner than the previous flooring (carpeting) and the existing baseboard would either have a gap between it and the floor or it would not cover up to where the paint was a different color which would mean painting the entire home. He suggested getting a wider baseboard to solve the issue which was a less expensive and a quicker fix. I am very pleased with the end result. I would hire this company for any other projects I may have in the future."
