I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

They caulked, caulked, and then caulked some more. The trim and ceiling lines were very clean. House was sprayed and back rolled (the proper way to do it). The whole crew was very friendly and trustworthy. I had some small plants started near the house and they didn’t accidentally step on a single one, even I stepped on one a few weeks ago. When it was time for the final walkthrough, there was one tiny little spot they missed, that’s it.
