"Overall, the paint job was done very well and the work was done timely. Price was reasonable and in the ball park of other bids. The only issue we had was our garage doors that started bubbling. We reported it after noticing the issue and MJD did come out to repaint the doors (said it needed a different type of paint). After 6 months the same issue. We reported it again and MJD check with the paint manufacturer who recommended a different paint be used. He said he would come July 15, 2025 to repaint the doors but never showed up. Does not return email's any longer either. "

It sparkles now with not trace of stain! Santiago arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the site spotless. We greatly appreciated Santiago's prompt response. We are selling our home and wanted the new buyers to love the home as much as we did. This project has brightened up a dull exterior and made the home so much more inviting. I would highly recommend Santiago for any job. (Also, his prices are reasonable.)"
