He has done several jobs for me and always does the work at the quoted price and within the promised timeframe. Santiago and Elizabeth go above and beyond when it comes to service. They met me on two different occasions on Sundays. First to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. And the second time, after completion, to double check I approved of the work. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to friends in the area.

Santiago and his team constructed a retaining wall and installed a fence with two gates. His team are very hard workers, put in long hours and show up when they say they will. I also have his team for bimonthly yard maintenance. One issue did come up and was resolved immediately. I also recommended Fast Pace Services to my brother who hired them to rebuild a new deck. He was happy with the work. We both agreed his services are a fair price.
