Came out on Saturday sooner than expected! Did a great job identifying issue and executing repair. Would hire them again!

They did a good job. The only problem I had with them was they were real expensive. Thye did a good job. It was a small job. They took out a circuit breaker and replaced it with a good one. It was simple but they did it quickly and efficiently. I thought the cost for doing that was excessive. I would not employee them again because of the expense. They did not come right away they came the next day.

Joe came out and was extremely courteous, professional and not only did the office light perfectly, he was able to clean the bathroom fan so it worked again and I did not have to buy a new one. The time switch works perfectly as well. Will absolutely call them again for any lighting/electrical work.

They arrived quickly and repaired the leak within a couple of hours. They returned a day or two later to replace the tank. I received a bill in the mail with no itemization of parts, labor, fees, etc. I called multiple times and asked for someone to contact me to explain the bill. My concern was that this provider had also been subcontracted by another provider to perform electrical work on the same day as part of a heat pump installation and I didn't want to pay for services that should have been billed to the provider performing the heat pump installation. This provider never called me back. Instead, they sent me another invoice with a finance charge and still no explanation. The work performed appears to have been done well and it was timely. However, there is apparently no detailed billing. So, I have no idea for what I paid.  Customer service and response to questions are sub par.

Brian was able to schedule an appt. same day. When he was running a bit late, he called to let me know. Showed up, did the work quickly, and was even able to rearrange switches so I needed one less than planned. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. During Christmas Season they replaced the septic pipe from house to septic about 15 fee they had to cut and remove a section of my concrete patio. Very professional and very patient. I had left my house, my daught's family living there, and move to Florida. The billing got delayed because of the move but Bode's Electric was patient and waited until I could contact them with my new address and we settled the payment in three separate payments. Very nice and understanding company.

My interactions with Brian went well. Several options to stopping the leak in the water line were discussed. We finally agreed that a completely new line would be less invasive to my landscaping and retaining wall. A trencher was used for this purpose and the ditch was only 6-8" wide. The line was installed as agreed and the workers were on time and efficient. Brian willingly answered all my questions about what was happening. I was a little disappointed with the way the sod was replaced around the water meter box, but this company does plumbing not landscaping, so I can't really fault them.
No mention was made to me that a 5% discount was given to seniors (This is why I gave a "B" rating for cost of service.), but I had noticed this in a newspaper article about senior discounts. When I got my bill, there was no discount, but when I called to inquire, I was given this discount with no problem. So I suggest that seniors be sure to ask! The actual cost was very close to the original "ball park" estimate.
Shortly after my leak was fixed, a friend asked about my experience and I was happy to be able to recommend Bode's for another water line leak repair.

The electrician came out the day after I called, arrived on time and diagnosed a problem with an air fan in a laundry area. He also installed a ceiling fixture that I was having difficulty installing myself. He had to shop around to replace the air fan motor because the fixture was old, but he located one and returned the next day to install the new motor in the fan. He worked quickly, arrived on time, was clear in explaining the problem, and very professional. I haven't had any problem with the fan or the light fixture since.

He did an outstanding job. I would definitely use him again. He was really good about recommendation and making sure things were up to code. He made sure all the bathroom and kitchen outlets were grounded.

I had used another plumber (Marv's Plumbing) and he could not figure out how to fix the problem and just said the main sewer was backed up, he was here for a couple of hours and would not even go completely under the house. Bode's Electric and Plumbing knew what the problem was within 10 minutes! He knew it wasn't the main sewer immediately. He went completely under the house to check the pipe and to fix it. He had the pipes fixed in half the time and charged less money than Marv's did for not fixing anything. Bode's Electric and Plumbing is professional, efficient, and worth every penny!

I had it installed wrong. Checked some other things while he was here.
