"Started ok but continued to delay, process took 10 months from first signature, engaged so would have experts help us find and pick right stuff, their preferred supplier had one (black & white) pic of one tub ripped from Internet, etc. After install tub leaked through ceiling and we were passed to head project mgr who said there was no authorization for our project as it wasn't their cabinets...they were very confused..they sent plumber to fix leaks but they chg'd us as said our valves gave way...on next use it leaked again and actually was gap in caulking from their install..nice folks form most part but wouldn't use again ..did cover repair to ceiling but not cost of repaint, just to tired to fight it anymore"
