We hired them to paint our entire home in 3 stages: exterior, interior, and trim. They painted the exterior and did a horrible job. The new wood was not primed and you can see a month later the raw wood exposed. They didn't finish the second coat on the trim which was promised and charged extra as they explained it would require 2 coats for which there was an additional charge. We already had them booked to do the interior and we were on a tight time line so we reluctantly allowed them to do the job. Before we allowed them to do so however we met with the owner for which he assured us he would fix the problems on the exterior which have still yet to be fixed. We agreed to the inside and upgraded our paint choice to include primer (not included and we have new walls). The color of white we chose was NOT used, he simply bought the cheapest builder grade extra white paint you can buy. He didn't upgrade the paint for which we paid for and nothing was back brushed. You can see every swipe of the sprayer and the walls are chalky because of the lack of paint they applied. This is by far the worst paint job I have ever seen. Not only was their work terrible, but they argued with me about the quality even though it was OBVIOUSLY poor. The service, quality and care was beyond horrible. I can say, they did show up when they said they were going to in the beginning. But have yet to complete, repair or refund for the poor quality and job not completed. This company is cheap and does poor quality work. Brad doesn't care about his customers or his reputation.

Jeff and crew did an excellent job. We have very high ceilings in our entry way and stairway and they came in and took care of all of our painting needs in one day. They helped us move all of our furniture and put it back in place when job was completed. I would recommend them for any of your painting nees.

We hired the Paint Rangers for our interior painting. Brad and his crew arrived when they said they would and exactly on time each day. It was estimated to take three days to get the job done, and it did. Everything looks great. We appreciated the attention to detail and that they even bothered to change a light bulb in the family room. I think they even purchased the bulb! We got a great price and will definitely use the Paint Rangers again when we decide to do the exterior of our house.

I received an estimate in late June early July and my house was painted in early September. Part of the reason for the delay was I was having garage doors changed and the initial date on them was late August. Then we ran into some rain etc. When they called and set up for 9th I asked how long it would take and was told one day. I was a bit skeptical since I have seen other companies take 3 to 4 days on houses smaller than mine. When they came out they came with a crew of 16 and worked as a team. They were able to get the house done in one day. The job looks great. We opt'd for the upgraded paint and am very pleased with the appearance. On completion of the job I did a walk around with Cory and noticed a small spot on a downspout and while I was pointing that out he noticed a few spots himself, nothing major just a couple of runs. His and the rest of the guys attention to detail was outstanding. Time will tell as with all paint jobs but I am impressed thus far and will use them again.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job and the house looks great. Jeff clearly communicated the cost of the project and the schedule. They arrived right on time and had everything painted and cleaned up by the end of the day.

Showed up on-time; did a great job; polite; took great care in masking all architectural details in the room;  looks fabulous.  Brad (owner) showed up to ensure his team knew what they were supposed to do & then left them to do their jobs; answered all my questions.

Things went extremely well. They pressure washed and cleaned the house with a bleach solution a couple of days before coming out to paint. On the day of painting 9 people showed up and after being given instructions by Brad Johnson they proceeded to divide into groups and paint the various parts of the house. They worked extremely efficiently and as a team. They finished the house in one day. You could tell that most of them had worked together for awhile. I had two minor problems (missed door jamb and a window sill) and they came out and finished the job about 1 week later. They did some things above the service request without charge: (1) cleaned and washed off my trellis coverings (2) and replaced a gutter elbow that had a leak in it. Brad also helped me picked out a great color for my front door, which I have received many complements on. They were very easy to work with. I was pleased with the result and they were less expensive than the other bids I got.

Paint Rangers was one of 4 bidders. . They were about 10 % lower than the second bidder. The third and fourth bidders were twice the Paint Rangers bid. Work was easy to schedule and they met their commitments for pressure washing and painting. They showed up at 5 minutes past 8:00 AM. We walked around the house and discussed several details before the work started. We walked the job again upon completion but I had no corrections.
Painting was accomplished in one day with 5-6 painters. They were courteous and careful. No overspray, no mess, no damage, no sloppy workmanship. They did exactly what they were contracted to do. I am very happy with the job.

We would recommend Paint Rangers! They did a great job, were responsive to phone calls, and were on time! They painted a special drop-down ceiling panel, repaired drywall where a curtain rod pulled out, and did a professional job. We originally found them through a Livingsocial coupon. But we will hire them again for our next painting project.

It was a pleasure working with Brad and crew and the paint job was first class at a good price. I will use Paint Rangers for all my future painting need. Brad even made a suggestion on the Porch color that looks great!

Fantastic - Brad listened to all our worries and walked us through the process. House was pressure washed a week prior to the paint job. House exterior was painted in one day with a large team of professional painters. Job was done professionally and got rave reviews by family and friends (with the exception of one eccentric neighbor).
The wife and I are very happy and the lack of issues with the painting process honestly makes us like / love the house that much more.
Thank you paint rangers!

I feel that he must be extremely busy right now because it took him about a week to come out to my house and then I had to wait about another week before he started the work.  The communication is rather poor with this company.  He originally called me and we discussed what we were going to do.  We were going to do the pressure washing Friday and the painting on Monday.  I waited around until Monday afternoon and he still hadn't shown so I decided to call him.  He didn't answer, but he did return my call and left a voicemail stating that he had a delay.  I feel that he should have called me and informed me before hand.  Also, after I got the final cost, it was a bit higher than he originally quoted.  He claimed that the pressure washing was not added in the bid even though we discussed doing that.
Response from THE PAINT RANGERS
"What the laddie left out it how the job was done and she said it was outstanding and to my face said she would love to use us again. for the price coming back different then what she thought. I give every person the option to save money by having "Optional" items on the bid. in this case it was a Pressure wash, It was clearly on the bid ADD $150 for the P.W and we did the pressure wash and charged her for it. I treat every paint job as if it is my own. If you want a list of people who like our work the list goes on and on."

The crew was on time, close to budget (they needed a few extra cans of paint), and professional. When we sent Jeffrey the colors we'd picked out, he said they'd be happy to paint the colors, but we'd probably be happier if we went with a shade darker since the white might seem too white. He also recommended we buy a couple small containers of paint to try it out on the house before we finalized. We did that and decided he was right so we went with a slightly darker color.
They came by the week before to pressure wash and reminded us to close our windows before we left for work. Then this week, they masked all of the important areas and covered most of the plants. When they needed some plants cut back, they told me and I took care of it. The crew of 3 came by on Monday, Thursday, and Friday to do the work on our 1400 sq ft split-level. Jeffrey pulled off our shutters and scraped off some rotting decoration the previous owners had put on there. He then hand-painted the shutters and set them aside. Jeffrey removed some rotting wood from our chimney and replaced it, and caulked the holes a woodpecker had left some years before when the previous owners owned the house. He also caulked around the bottom of the chimney to prevent further damage. The crew primed and painted the whole place, and did some detail work like painting the numbers on the house a dark color and painting the flower box to match the shutters.
I really appreciated how the crew took the time to make sure everything was done right. They had me walk around the house to make sure everything was as I expected but I didn't see anything I would change. I would definitely hire them again. It's nice to see people who really enjoy their job and want to do it right!

I"m writing 1 year after the job; job had a hiccup related to weather, and Brad came back 2 times to fix it. I'm very impressed with his follow up. As for the job itself, its marvelous to get the work done in the 1 day they take. I would have more/other work done to my house if it was always this easy to me (and fairly priced).

From the initial estimate to the finished work the job and crew scored well. We have a 3800 square foot home (almost perfectly square with good access on all sides) and a crew of 8-10 completed the work (new full coat and 2 coats of trim) in about 7 hours including masking, putty repair, etc. The weather had been extremely hot and though slightly cooler (still near 90 degrees) the crew didn't skimp on doing a good job --- this is our 7th home --- and I was happy to see some tight brush work on the trim and a spotless finish on all our home sidewalks with no damage to smaller trees, shrubs, and flowers alongside the house. They even covered a neighbors car (without asking or being told) in plastic sheeting to prevent any over-spray being carried by the wind. Brad was specific in outlining what the crew would do beforehand and they hit everything on the mark. I do have a suggestion for anyone using the crew on a hot day. Make sure you've got some EXTRA cold ice around for them and extra bottled waters --- these guys earned every bit of their labor and you MIGHT even consider tossing in some pizzas since I could tell they earned a bit of a bonus while on site and taking a lunch break to recover from the summer heat and solid effort in doing a good job. I got a total of 7 bids from 7 different companies. All were plus or minus about $300 on a just over $4000 job (including tax) with the Paint Rangers about dead in the middle on pricing among the seven but also just one of two who outlined the job estimate very specifically and promptly responded. They were able to schedule the job within about 2-3 weeks of providing my estimate, beginning with the pressure wash (included in the price) being completed within the first 10 days. Many within the team had been with Paint Rangers for several years and clearly had experience. Over the last 3 weeks I've looked over their finished work and found no unpleasant surprises. One poor guy got stung by some bees hiding under a fake shutter he removed and never complained --- and I noticed they had knocked down several 2" round wasp nests under the eves. All in all a good solid company.

The Paint Rangers were very punctual and did the job within one day. They came out with a large crew that came in on time, but I had a few issues with things that were left behind and some missed spots. He deducted the mistakes from our price and has offered to come fix the missed spots. Their price was a little high before the deductions, but we were willing to pay it because we needed it done very fast.

Communicated often and kept me informed of schedule which was contingent on weather. They pressure washed one week and then came right on time for the planned paint date. They came in with 6 guys who each knew what their job was and worked like a machine. I spent ten minutes with them when they got to the house, went to work for the day and came home to a house that was completely painted in one day. No need to have them back because everything is perfect. One color for body, second for trim, third for door. A more knowledgeable friend at work used and recommended them. Both of us are very happy.
