Did a great job on the things he worked on, however left before a full 8 hours was up and had to be reminded of the rest of the job that needed to be done. With specific direction does a fantastic job.

It went well, Phillip was fast and did a beautiful job; able to do work in 3 rooms and multiple coats of paint in one room in under 8 hours. He was friendly, and professional, and obviously knew what he was doing.
Make sure you are clear as to what work you need to have done so that he knows what tools to bring. I wanted to have baseboards sanded so that the new baseboard blended with the old before a coat of paint was applied, but he hadn't expected the work, and didn't have the tools needed.

Through no fault of his own, Phillip had to come out twice to do the work. The problem was a wallpaper border along the top of the wall that, as Phillip discovered after several hours of working on it, simply wasn't going to come off. Subsequently, a professional wallpaper guy tried and ended up telling me the same thing. I eventually had to have a drywaller come in and mud over the existing border and re-texture. At that point I called Phillip again. He showed up bright and early on the appointed day and finished the work within a few hours. I'm very happy with the work he did.

"This was an unfortunate mistake. The paint provided by the homeowner was not labeled correctly. When I left that day they looked at my work and were happy with the job and the colors. I was contacted later and I was planning on redoing the work when they scheduled the other work that needed to be done."

He arrived on time and prepared to paint the ceiling walls of the kitchen and dinning room. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. We liked what he did so we asked for and excepted a bid to repair and paint the ceiling in my office.

Philip London, owner of London Pacific, came out to my home and listened to my project description. He was patient, informative, and flexible. He came on time on the date we had agreed to. He did a very good job masking areas that were to remain free of paint. Overall, the paint job looks terrific. I strongly recommend using London Pacific for any interior painting needs.
