"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, did a good job of helping us get the building permit from Snohomish County. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent. Pete put an access door in our covered breeze-way so we will be able to do repairs to the dryer vent, if needed."

I chose to contact via email primarily and he was quick to describe what to expect in terms of his responsiveness. Understanding that, and not really being in a particular hurry, I was OK with it.
