By providing our clients with 3D CAD/DESIGN plans, we can identify every aspect of the project and maximize the project's potential while minimizing construction issues. Once the design is completed, we apply a series of Specifications that identify EVERY aspect of the project. Our normal Specification list has over 1,000 line items of product and processes. Upon completion of the Design and Specifications, we then price out the project. Every project is a fixed price. We also offer full Remodel Services and use the same project flow: Design, Specify, Price and Build! We take the worry and uncertainty out of custom home building or remodeling.
