Home Building
John has been terrific. He is very responsive and quick to provide information or to respond to questions raised by me. He volunteered to deal with others, eliminating me as a "middle man", and quickly expediting processes without me being aggravated by questions I couldn't answer, phone tag, etc. Always has a smile and friendly demeanor.
The quality of his work is excellent. I was very impressed with the final grading around the house as it was very rock filled but when he was done it appeared as if top soil has been brought in, which was amazing considering how it looked prior to grading. And, eliminated a not insignificant additional expense for hauling top soil, which I planned to do.
