Kelli was amazing. What made us select her to begin with was her enthusiasm. We spoke to many realtors before making a decision and Kelli was the only realtor that actually heard what we said and forwarded us information pertaining to only the type of real estate we were interested in instead of burying us with listings that we had no interest in. When she sat down with us to give us a proposal she came very prepared with information relating to the area our home was in and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision about how we should price our home. She presented us with comps from our area and facts based on the current market so that we could make certain we were pricing our home properly. She provided us with the service of a professional stager so that we could have an unbiased set of eyes tell us the areas we needed to address before putting our house on the market. We were under contract within the first two weeks of listing with a full price offer and Kelli was with us every step of the way. Where Kelli really shone though was when we purchased our new home. We went through an extremely difficult build process with a very difficult builder that we could never have survived without Kelli's professionalism and expertise. She went above and beyond during the entire process to make certain that we ended up with our dream home. She helped us find a local lender for our purchase and made the process so much easier to navigate. To this day she is still a sounding board for any issues we have relating to our new home since it is still under warranty. We would recommend Kelli to anyone who is buying or selling a home. Kelli puts her heart and soul into every project and gives 100% of her effort no matter how large or small the job is. I can say that the commission she received was not near enough for the efforts she put in to our purchase of a home.
