Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Wow! I am so pleased with my new deck! Chris, Kayden and Austin went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. This was a difficult project that involved lots of digging up large basalt rocks, hauling the old deck debris--complete with hot tub--down a treacherous narrow path and lots of steps. Not to mention hauling equipment like jack hammers and cement mixers up the the same path. Chris, Kayden and Austin were professional, punctual, and personable as well. It was a pleasure working with this excellent crew, and I would definitely recommend them and their company, Dynamic Decks."
