We have been using Rooter Tech for several years and are extremely happy with their work. All their personnel are very friendly and helpful. They are courteous and very careful and respectful in handling our fixtures. The company is very responsive, and they go out of their way to explain what problem they find, and how they plan to fix it, and the approximate costs involved. They make sure we are happy with their work before they leave. We have dealt with many plumbing companies in the past, but Rooter Tech is the only company we need to call. We recommend them for anyone who wants a professional group that does excellent work at a very reasonable price.

Had a severe root problem, clogging all drains. Carlos and Junior arrived within 4 hours of being called. They quickly diagnosed problem. After using the camera and hydro jetting and cutting the roots in the sewer line. Drains were all flowing again within 6 hours of calling them. The equipment they have is awesome. Came back the next day to repair sewer line connection to the house. In a very stressful situation Rooter Tech was a breath of fresh air. We were very impressed and will be loyal customers for life.

Carlos and his crew were fantastic, he arrived shortly after I called on a Wednesday and was able to remove the root ball clogging my sewer line that day. He also provided a very reasonable quote to replace the aging concrete section of my sewer line with PVC pipe and liner,. He was able to schedule that quickly for that the following Monday while obtaining the permit and the locate from the City. He and his crew arrived early Monday morning and worked until evening on the project and returned early Tuesday morning to complete the job with inspection completed by that afternoon. He and his crew did a great job from start to finish including removing and replacing boards from my deck to access where the line. Carlos does a great job of ensuring the customer is satisfied, can't beat his combination of timely response, quality work, and very reasonable price.

Carlos has been a thankful find. We have an old house with plenty of plumbing issues, but he is always available to assist when needed. He offers suggestions, but never pressures you into sales. He's prompt, professional, safe during COVID, and knowledgeable when you ask questions. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!

Carlos is absolutely fantastic. 24 hours after completing work on my septic, the toilet wouldn't flush. He came right over and took care of the problem for me, even though it was totally unrelated to the work he had already done. He is a class act, and I highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing needs. He has another loyal customer for life!!

The plumber was very professional, nice and arrived way before expected, and that was great. Fix our problem, everything was left very clean when finish with the job, charge us what we were told. Excellent !!

They did an almost perfect job. There was a little bit of dirt and one shower head leaks like crazy, and there wasn't a reason to touch it. They installed two toilets and get a great job with the installation.
