Doug provides excellent service. He is responsive and professional. The price is also better compared to other quotes I got. I'll definitely ask him to help cleaning the duct next time.

Doug is a professional who knows what he is doing when it comes to furnace cleaning - he was on time, very thorough, did not leave a mess behind, was very straightforward and honest, and was easy to work with. This service was NOT one of the  ?$50 whole-house specials? scams. For those, at most a few ducts will get a very cursory vacuum; and at worst, you?ll end up talked into a much more expensive package.
Vacu-man did not do any up-selling whatsoever. He did a full service duct cleaning, including a full cleaning of the
heating unit. It was a closed system - he ran compressed air through the vents and also had a hose vacuuming debris into his truck, no no dirt or dust whatsoever got into the house.
The service took him about 2.5 hours, which he told me upfront. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. The price he quoted was the price I paid and his was the best quote (from a genuine vent cleaning service, rather than a coupon scam) that I received.
I'm very pleased - love it when a small business returns phone calls, shows up on time, does a good job, and the price matches the quote. Vacu-man did all of these things, no issues whatsoever.

He arrived on time, had shoe covers and floor covers to keep things clean. He warned me of the noise from the system prior to each phase and was so professional. 

He went above and beyond and cleaned up the seals on an old furnace with some aluminum tape and it looks great.

Doug, the owner of Vacu-man came to my house to clean my furnace, air vents and laundry vent. After initially contacting him, I received a quick reply with an estimate and scheduled an appointment for him to come out. He provided me an hour window when he would arrive on the scheduled date. Doug arrived on time and was very professional. He spent a little under two-hours here and was respectful while he was walking around the house to clean the air system. I plan to use him in the future and would highly recommend him to others.

We just completed a restoration project after significant water damage to our home.  Our furnace ducts were full of dust & debris from the construction process.  After calling several Duct Cleaning services, we settled on Vacu-Man after talking with Doug on the phone. This is a one-man business & we greatly appreciated Doug's commitment to do the job himself & therefore be assured that "it would be done right".  He wore shoe covers when entering our home.  He set up quite a bit of equipment & cleaned each furnace vent. He was here approx. 1 1/2 hours.  We were pleased with his professional manner & follow-through.  He did a great job.  The original price was $295, but because we are Angie's List members, we received a $50 discount.  We would certainly recommend his services.
