I do most of my own remodeling work, but I know my limits, and drywall texture matching is something that I do not excel at. From experience it is tough and I relented and now call in a pro. This time, I had some major settling cracks in the ceiling to deal with. I called Quinn, told him the problem, and gave him the challenge of matching this old skip trowel texture. This was a small job but he made a point to take care of me. Fast forward, I just finished painting the repairs and he nailed it. Even with a critical eye (the auto body is a hobby of mine) and I can not tell where the repairs were made. The texture match could not have been any better. Right now it is only the sheen of the paint that reveals where the damage was and the repairs were made and the paint is still drying where I feathered it into the existing ceiling."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
