"They did such a good job! I certainly will hire them again. The two young men were so nice and so fast. It was a pleasure to do business with Chinook Services."
The Home Team has provided roof and window cleaning services at our large home for several years. The staff is well trained, courteous, punctual and professional. The workmanship has been timely, meticulous, efficient and cost effective. This firm and its staff are simply excellent and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.
"TV & his crew were exceptional. TV came out immediately to evaluate the project. He offered suggestions to achieve our vision. His communication was great and he responded quickly to every call & e-mail (even when I was up at 1:00 am responding to e-mails, TV was always on the clock and responded... which of course was not my expectation. His team was always friendly, courteous, on time and left a clean work area at the end of each day. I came home after work one day and noticed TV had torn up an area of concrete that had just been poured the day before. I asked why, and TV replied he was not happy with the lines not lining up symmetrically and therefore required his team to make it right (at his cost). TV is a perfectionist. When the weather was beginning to turn, TV and his team worked relentlessly to get the job done. One night they were there after midnight after showing up early that morning. TV and his team literally provided a level of service that is not present with most companies. There was a construction team next door and the concrete contractor came over to check out the work. He commented that TV knew what he was doing and did great work. I am calling TV this week to come back and complete our backyard. I would recommend TV anytime to anyone. And trust me, I put a lot of money into this project and couldn't be happier.
"I called Horois Service and they came out the same day to do the job. I was happy at the fast response. They did an amazing job. They came out all the way to Yelm to clean our house."
"Francisco gave us a bid to dethatch and aerate our lawn which was reasonably priced. We scheduled the service and they came on time and did a very nice job. We will definitely hire them again!!!"
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.
Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.
DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.
Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
