Came out said I need a thermal fuse replaced it charged me over $300 for the thermal fuse cost for the fuse is actually four dollars over $400 repair. Quoted me one price then gave me another price and then started speaking another language to his boss on the phone, which I didnt understand made me split the difference, which was who knows all I know it was come over $400 within a few weeks. The same thing happened that thermal fuse died. They came out replaced it, but I said the clothes are getting hot. Nothing is cooling down. They just replaced a fuse and left. I called another person in that knew what they were doing and within a short time knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and that trip cost me $80 and they replaced that thermal fuse as well so something seems awful off with this thing and I dont like people in my home. Speak another language to each other when I cant understand a word they are saying so I think their work is not very knowledgeable.

David was able to come same day and repair my Blomberg dryer, which required a part that other repair services couldnâ t track down. He also spent a good bit of time diagnosing another problem and didnâ t charge me for the time finding an errant rag which had gotten stuck and was causing another problem with my dryer. The service provided was extremely poor. The technician who came to diagnose the dishwasher initially reported that the only issue was with the door latch, and that everything else (the control board and wiring) was functioning as expected. He said he needed to speak to his manager "David" to discuss the price and availability of the door latch. When the technician returned, he quoted a price of $250+ tax, stating that he now needed to replace the wiring and door latch, really doubt the person visited is messenger or technician . Within a few minutes, he then changed the quoted price to $350. When I requested to speak to the manager, the technician called the manager, speak in different language which i dont understand and gave the phone to me, their manger David immediately stated the price would be $350 without any further discussion. The door latch is available directly from the GE website for a $30 - [link removed] Also during initial call the service will be covered with $110 even with fixture and said it will be covered I would rate this service less than 1 star if possible, and want to warn everyone against using this company for any repairs. The bait-and-switch tactics and dramatic price increase were completely unacceptable.

David was very knowledgeable and suggested some things I could do myself that kept my repair costs down.

David responded right away to my request on Angi. He came by and diagnosed the issues with my dryer. Then went and got parts, returned, and did the job thoroughly. He showed me each part that he replaced. My dryer had an issue with getting no heat. He replaced a fuse, a worn down belt, a broken timer, vacuumed all of the lint as well as replaced the exhaust tube and properly placed it in the wall, something I have never been able to do. Two weeks ago I had the same problem and paid for a repair person (not on Angi's List) and today David said it appeared that the guy only replaced a fuse with a used one. Not to mention he didn't do any of the other work that needed to be done, so the problem returned. I am extremely pleased with David he is honest, thorough, skilled, and timely. The price was fair too. I will be calling him again soon for a less urgent repair on my fridge.

Diagnosed refrigerator problem.

My fridge water dispenser line had frozen. They were able to get me in the day I called. David showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He fixed my fridge quickly and explained exactly what was wrong. He also suggested some routine maintenance I could do on the fridge. Price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Diagnosed and fixed the microwave portion of an older Kenmore wall oven, saving me the time and expense of replacing the unit. Also serviced my Kenmore gas cooktop. Now my appliances are in perfect working condition! I found David to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Because of the extent of repair needed the technician suggested I replace the unit and not waste the money.

Our Washing machine broke on Tuesday. I got ahold of complete repair llc and they came the very next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it completely repaired by Friday.
