The technician recommended replacing the fan due to the simple nature of the refrigerator. Following a follow-up visit a few days later, the technician replaced the fan. However, two days later, the refrigerator/freezer combo unit failed completely, along with the persistent condensation issue. I contacted the company again, and they informed me that the fan needed to be warranted. They had promised to contact me with the replacement part once it was available. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates from them. In the interim, I have been compelled to purchase a new refrigerator to store my groceries. This incident has resulted in a total financial loss of $400, encompassing the failed repair, the groceries that were in the refrigerator at the time of failure, and the cost of the replacement refrigerator."
