"Warmur installed power for hottub hook up. Received invoice within a week, paid, no issue. Hottub delivered and hooked up by me according to instruction book. Not working correctly. Contacted Warmur, requested they come look. Employee glanced at control panel, said it looked like I hooked it up correctly, but he couldn't test what I had hooked up, due to liability issues. Fair enough. He then advised that previous employee had installed wrong conduit, and he would fix it, but had to go back to warehouse to get correct conduit. Said I wouldn't be charged to fix a mistake made by previous employee. Travel and fix took 3.5 hours. 10 months later I received an invoice stating I owed for 3.5 hrs of labor for "checked wiring done by others". Nothing about replacing conduit wire. How do you spend 3.5 hrs checking wiring that you can't touch? Called to discuss, request work order, willing to pay for my portion. Told I needed to speak to someone else. No return call, sent to collections."
