Joe Pruitt is outstanding both professionally and thoroughness in his ability to recognize defects, photograph and explain the issues in a manner I could understand and how a correction would address the problem. Joe's outstanding thoroughness saved me from buying a house that was not only 2 and a half feet under water in the basement but that the house had a rotted foundation, infested with bugs and the photograph was telling because the insulation was floating on top of the deep basement water. That was not the end of the trouble on that property because the report had 30 thorough pages of problems which made the house unsafe and not up to code, i.e., running a sump pump with an extention cord! Therefore, Joe saved me a lifetime of attempted fixes on a house that just could not be repair. Fortunately, the inspection occurred during the winter rain!! On the next house I picked out, not really but out of the few I was shown, Joe went over everything with me! He is happy to explain any item you have questions with. I flet completely satisfies with the second inspection as well. Therefore, if you are a home buyer, do yourself a favor and hire the best Home Inspector in Callum County!!

Joe was everything you would want in a home inspector. He was efficient, comprehensive, and timely. He looked at everything in the home and didn't miss a thing. Not only did he come out right away, he provided us with a thorough report the very same night! We couldn't be more pleased.

Joe was nice enough to come up on a Sunday, which was very helpful for us since we had to come a long way. He was focused on the job right from the start and was very thorough and detailed in his review of the home. He reviewed his results verbally with us once he was done and it was helpful to get his opinion of what was truly important and what was minor and not much of a concern. He followed that up with a full report the same day and sent it via email. We were very happy with his service.

Joe arrived at the potential house prior to us arriving.  He greeted us, introduced himself and told us where he would start the inspection.  We were welcome to follow along, with the exception of climbing on the roof (and we didn't even think of asking to join him in the crawl space), and ask any questions.  We decided to just wait until he was ready to give us his findings.  Inspection took approx. two hours (which he told us in the beginning) and was very detailed.  He informed us of the most important issues, ended with the least problematic, and told us he would email the report to us that evening.  My husband and I were very impressed with this inspector and highly recommend him to others looking for a great house inspector.

Mr. Pruitt performed an extremely through house inspection.  A very detailed report was provided with excellent pictures.  I don't believe there was a single spot on or in the house he did not look at.   He performed the inspection within two business days of request.

Joe did a very thorough home inspection for us which we greatly appreciated.  Our dream property was built in 1890, so as you can imagine, it needed a really in depth inspection before we could make a good decision weather to purchase it or not.  The inspection was so detailed and the pictures were so good that we were able to obtain some accurate bids from contractors via email alone!  This made life a lot easier for us because we live rather far away.  All of the contractors who referenced the inspection report were impressed with the detail and accuracy of the report.  

Joe was also a very personable guy and he explained things to us very clearly, which was great as this is our first home purchase so we had lots of questions.  His website is very useful and his experience in many fields of construction give him a wealth of useful information. He was kind enough to suggest things that would improve the longevity of the home as well, which we really appreciated.  He was on-time and didn't ever rush during the inspection.  He was very detailed in his work and because we tailed him during the inspection process we learned many very important things about our new home.  He even gifted me his voltage tester as electricity makes me very nervous. He was a genuinely nice guy...a rare find these days!  

We would highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of a home inspector and will certainly use his services again in the future!  He was honest, his prices were fair, he's professional and he even got us our inspection report within a day so we could easily schedule estimates during our 10 day inspection period!  He made the home buying process a much more enjoyable one for us as he took the mystery out of it so we could base our decision on facts.  We'll never have buyers remorse as we are confident we didn't buy a money pit thanks to Joe!
