Not only did they show up with everything needed to repair my in-home vacuum but checked with manufacturer and found out that motor was under warranty so I only had to pay for the service call fee.

A little frustrating because the first technician was unable to complete the repair and we had to reschedule. Today the tech was able to figure out a way to repair a broken wire at one of the central vacuum ports and we are back in operation. Both were very good about keeping their billable time to a minimum. Thanks so much!
