C.P.C. Landscape, LLC, was established in 2007 and provides over 20 years of professional experience. We handle both residential and commercial projects from major installs to minor repairs. Our focus and dedication is to deliver excellence not only the quality but the satisfaction of our work. Let us know how we can exceed your expectations today.

"We hired C.P.C. to remove a fence, install gutter drains and a drywell, and install foundation drains and waterproof the exterior of our basement wall. These guys may be good at landscaping and fences, but I would never hire them to do drainage work again. Positives: their crews were friendly, they responded quickly when we were looking for estimates, and the gutter drains do appear to work (although they eventually won't after the "fix" they put in on the final call-back, see below). Negatives: The foundation drain doesn't seem to do anything. Our basement still floods in heavy rain, and when we go outside and look at the sump that the foundation drain empties into there's no flow to it. We really regret not asking to inspect it before they covered it, especially because they initially tried to install the foundation drain half-way down the foundation wall, instead of at the footer--which should have made us wonder what other corners they were going to cut and be a lot more skeptical. On three occasions they cut our utilities with their excavator. That's not a problem: excavators break stuff. But how they handled it was a problem. The first time, they cut our well line (power and water), applied a bogus fix that didn't work, and left for the evening without telling anyone. We were able to get them back out that night, but they didn't fix it until the next day, and we had to hire a plumber to get things going again (dirt got into our appliances from the broken line). We were without water for an evening and morning. The second time, they nicked a sewer line. I noticed the next day when I saw water under it, and had to point it out to them to get it fixed. The final time, they dug out an excavator-bucket width section of sewer line, didn't notice that they'd done so, ran the gutter drain right across where the sewer line used to go, then covered it up. After a couple weeks, our toilet stopped working. I got to spend a fun evening digging through sewage soaked soil around my sewer line and wasn't happy when I found what they'd done. They did come out and "fix" it, but there "fix" was to use two 90-degree bends to run a section of the gutter drain under the sewer line--which will act as a sediment trap and fill with pine needles and other detritus from the roof. We had them bury a 2x4 over it so we can dig it out and replace it ourselves. They also didn't appear to compact the trench they dug at all, and there's now sections around our house where the soil next to the foundation has settled, forming a nice trench for rain water to pool in (they had said that they would try and compact the trench and slope it so it drains away from the house)."

"The crew from Sunrise Landscaping & Tree Removal were total professionals who did an outstanding job. I was worried about the tree being close to my house, but they relieved my fears by their "top-notch" attention to detail. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who asks."

Dale C on November 2024

All bids always free. In the winter 10% off tree removal and to winterize irrigation systems and blow them out for $65.00 up to 5 zones and $5 per additional zone over 5.

We are a company dedicated to complete landscaping and construction services, both residential and commercial, making exterior designs. We work with any need of our clients to meet all their expectations and design the garden of their dreams.

"Sadly, this is not a company you can trust. I hired them with a certain $ cap, and in the end it was doubled without consent from us. We hired them for a few broken sprinkler heads and the addition of one, and what they literally left us with, was a broken, leaking master valve that was NOT broken when they started. We literally WATCHED him break it and then take no responsibility for it. We are also left with one entire section of our yard with NO working sprinkler system. Seriously, look elsewhere for a company that is honest, reliable and will not leave you worse than when they came. M. & J. Walsh"

"TRULANDER LANDSCAPING Gil gave me a heads up when he and Alfonso were preparing to leave for our home and arrived promptly for our yard cleanup project. We have a lot of Douglas fir trees and one Redwood tree, and the whole area was covered with copious amounts of needles, cones, seeds, and small and large fallen branches following many weeks of our Lacey, WA storms, so it was not an easy yard cleanup project. To their credit, they did a very thorough job of cleaning our back, side, and front yards, as well as our garden beds, and they hauled away the large amount of limbs and debris that wouldn’t fit in our yard waste can. Gil even offered to return the following week to move the can to the curb for Refuse pickup if the can was too heavy for my husband. There will be another yard and garden cleanup required once winter has passed, and they will be our go-to landscapers."

Lawn Irrigation questions, answered by experts

Generally once yearly or twice if the lawn experiences high traffic or is part of heavy clay soils.

Because it’s native to the central United States and Canada and is drought-tolerant, it typically is not difficult to grow. It requires very little maintenance and minimal watering beyond rainfall. Its hardy nature and unique look make it a favorite choice among people living in the western United States and other dry regions of the country.

DIY is possible for small properties. Professional services ensure consistent quality and proper maintenance for large areas.

Yes! Aerating your lawn during its dormancy period—usually over winter and early spring—can cause a disturbance that the grass may not easily recover from. Instead, you should aerate your lawn during its peak growth period, usually in the late summer or early fall (though with some variation based on specific grass type).

It’s a good idea to aerate your lawn in the fall or spring when there is plenty of moisture in the soil. If you plan to aerate twice annually, you can do so once in the fall and once in the spring. You don’t want to aerate when your grass is dormant, and you also don’t want to aerate directly after a big rain, as the soil will be too wet for the aeration to be effective.
