Winterized sprinkler system

All around company.

We had a leak of water coming out from underneath the soil surface in our backyard. It turned out that there was a sprinkler that had been buried over the years. The man who came did a great job of finding the sprinkler and repairing it so that it is useful again. We had a very good interaction with him and would recommend his work again I just wish I could remember his name.

I had an excellent experience with nicks Eastside landscaping. Dan was very prompt in returning my texts and phone calls .Tony was right on time showing up for my appointment and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to repair my sprinkler system . I will definitely be using them again for tree trimming ,aerating, and dethatching

Really tough to rate this company. Two men came to my house unannounced on a Sunday to inspect the job, dug a hole in the ground, caused my check valve to leak where it was not leaking before, and left. A week later, another man showed up, unannounced, to inspect the job, confirmed there was no water going to one of the zones. I asked him to please call me to give me a warning when you are coming to work on my system. He said he had to buy parts. Another week has gone by and theres been no calls or hints of work planned.

I contacted Nick on Saturday morning because my sprinkler system wasn't working. He called me within minutes of contacting him via HomeAdvisor. He sent John, one of his technician's to my house the same day. John diagnosed the problem, got the system working, replaced a couple of sprinkler heads, redirected a couple more and was on his way in about an hour. He was easy to work with, answered questions, gave suggestions for the future and was all around great to deal with, I highly recommend this company.
