He textured and painted the ceiling so well that you could never tell any work had been done. He also patched and textured a few nail holes in an adjacent wall for free. He was able to visually inspect some areas to determine if they needed testing and saved my $$. The pricing was reasonable ($150 to come out, $35 per sample). The trading was done locally at a third party lab and I recieved my results before the week was over. some of the samples came back positive for asbestos, but I was not pressured to do abatement immediately. I did ask for a quote though."
