"Mold testing was thorough but do not let them sell you on their remediation do-it-yourself kit without knowing exactly what you are paying for. The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought."

He textured and painted the ceiling so well that you could never tell any work had been done. He also patched and textured a few nail holes in an adjacent wall for free. On top of being great at his job, Art was fun to work with. Highly recommend!!"

He was able to visually inspect some areas to determine if they needed testing and saved my $$. The pricing was reasonable ($150 to come out, $35 per sample). The trading was done locally at a third party lab and I recieved my results before the week was over. some of the samples came back positive for asbestos, but I was not pressured to do abatement immediately. I did ask for a quote though."

His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."
