"HomeAdvisor did exactly what they are to do and promise to do. I did this inspection from the phone call to the writing of the report of findings, the conclusion of the inspection, the protocol, and the proposal. Jacob knew the cost as I quoted it with Washington sales tax on the first phone call. He asked that we do the inspection. I found there was visible mold in the attic and visible mold in the living space. An inspection either proves there is mold in a building or it will prove 99% that there is no mold in a building. Air quality testing costs a substantial amount and is not necessary except in the case of a lawsuit. Jacob."
"We NEVER go to an inspection to do the work. I am sorry that Tony had a misunderstanding about that fact. We do not rely on our test equipment during any inspection. It may be used to prove our visual findings only if requested. The battery was most likely not charged! Our inspection charge is always disclosed to the customer before we schedule an inspection. We make a point of always doing the best that can be done. I am sorry that Tony misunderstood our methodology."
