Started the process with Apex when we were in the inspection period for our home purchase. Nathan came out and looked over the roof and went up in the attic to talk through the construction of our 100+ year old home. Really valuable experience. Communication was always proactive and prompt, starting with the office to sales. They were flexible on scheduling, as we were trying to sequence with some furnace venting and chimney work. Nathan even went so far as to work with the HVAC company directly to try and get the scheduling right. We did all we could to try to get it lined up right, but the HVAC company didn't follow through on the lead time they had. The crew came out and did the tear off, reroof, and clean up in one day. Dump trailer dropped off the day before and hauled off the day after. Excellent customer service - professional, prompt, and proactive. Worth the additional cost they charged compared to other companies quotes for the customer service and efficiency.

October is not a good month to need a new roof in Wenatchee. Contractors are extremely busy trying to get as much work done as they can before the weather turns. When I needed help after a big windstorm, Matt Voorhies from Icon Roofing drove all the way over from Spokane within a few days of my call. He gave me a good idea of what needed to be done to not only repair the damage but to bring the roof up to the codes that had changed since the house was built. Roofs are expensive. Insurance companies don’t like parting with money. The adjuster didn’t do much for me. I told Matt what the adjuster had said. Matt told me to hang on and let him talk with the guy again. The end result was my insurance kicking in over a grand more than they had initially wanted to give me. The crew got to work within a couple weeks. It took two-and-a-half days to replace the roof, and the guys worked the last few hours in falling snow. Given the weather, I was actually a bit surprised that they managed to clean everything up as well as they did. The new roof looks great! I feel a whole lot better about the upcoming winter. I would definitely do business with Icon and Matt again!

The evaluator showed up on time and was up on the roof in no time. He was able to not only evaluate the damage that occurred during the windstorm, but gave me options to fix it myself to save a lot of money. He also went one step further and evaluated the roof itself, and let me know that it's still fairly new, and I won't have to worry about it for another 10-15 years. Incredible service, especially at a time like this where we really need honesty and communication over someone trying to make a buck. Thank you Icon Roofing!

The job of taking off the old roof went great and putting on the new roof went even better they did a beautiful job my roof look so good and I got so many complaints about how good it looks

It was very good. The workers were great, they cleaned up after themselves everyday, they were very polite and they were very nice young man.

It went perfectly. There were a couple of things they have to do when the weather calms down, but they came in on a two-day break in the weather, were friendly, personable, and worked like true professionals. I'm way beyond satisfied. I only had to pay my deductible, which was $2400. (I would upload pictures, but you'd see nothing but snow.)

Matt knows roofing and is always available to answer questions. His expertise in working with our insurance adjuster was amazing. The crew worked efficiently and kept the area around our house clean at the end of each day. Without question, I would hire them again or refer friends to this company!
