Once we were able to contact Chris Ferraro, he was good about reviewing and making suggestions to remedy issues. We appreciate that he is willing to stand by his commitment to quality. It was a-lot for him to send a team back to us to repair and re-pour the concrete. After the work was done he checked back us to make sure we were satisfied. There are not many contractors willing do the extra steps."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

They removed my wood siding and replaced it with river rock, painted the rest of the house and patio cover, took out my concrete walkway and flower bed and replaced it with a porch made from pavers. They also made a walkway down to the street. Leo was great to work with. He told me he wanted me to be happy with the job and he went above and beyond to make sure I was. The crew that worked on the house was fabulous. They worked hard, paid attention to detail and I could tell they took pride in their work. "Worker was on time/early. Prepared with all tools, etc. Knew about my concern for some of my older windows, etc. from my initial talk with boss! Very thorough power wash! Worker had some good ideas for "problem" areas, since my house has older siding!! Left all my windows without water marks. The wash reached all the high points of house and garage. Job well done"
